The rules that apply when you order from us. Plain language, no traps.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Wicked Good Pizza, a sourdough pizzeria in Gurugram, Haryana, from the same kitchen as The CUPnCAKE Factory. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking.
- An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds.
What we can and cannot promise about your food
- Every pizza is stretched, topped and stone baked by hand. It will look very close to the photograph, but no two are identical.
- Photographs are indicative of style and size.
- Where an ingredient is unavailable, we will contact you and offer the nearest alternative before making your order.
Allergens and dietary choices
Our kitchen handles wheat (gluten), milk, soya, nuts and eggs, along with meat. Every product is marked veg, non-veg or Jain. Jain pizzas are made with no onion and no garlic, but they are prepared in the same kitchen as everything else and we cannot guarantee the absence of traces. If you have a serious allergy or a strict dietary requirement, please speak to us before ordering rather than relying on the product description alone.
Orders we may decline
We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was clearly wrong, where we cannot deliver to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Delivery and refunds
See our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our content
The photographs, recipes and text on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall to the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
