Every pizza is stone baked when you order it and sent out hot from our Sector 49 kitchen. Here is exactly what we promise, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Where we deliver
We deliver across Gurugram: Old Gurugram, New Gurugram, DLF Phases 1 to 5, Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, MG Road, Cyber City, Sushant Lok, South City, Palam Vihar and the sectors around them. We deliver within Gurugram pincodes only, so we cannot deliver to Delhi or to towns outside the city such as Sohna or Manesar. At checkout you will be asked for your pincode; if we cannot reach you, the site will say so before you pay rather than after.
When we deliver
We take orders from 11:45 AM to 11:30 PM, every day. Your pizza goes into the oven when your order is confirmed, not before, so it reaches you fresh. At busy times, such as weekend evenings and match nights, it can take longer; if your order is running late we will call you.
| Order type | Notice we need |
|---|---|
| Pizzas, sourdough breads, pasta, sandwiches, dips and drinks | None. Baked when you order. |
| Party and bulk orders | At least 24 hours. Use the Party Orders form or call us. |
Delivery charges
The delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
On the day
- Please make sure the phone number on the order is reachable. Our rider will call on arrival.
- Please check your order when it arrives. A problem reported at the door is resolved fastest.
- If nobody is available, our rider will wait up to 10 minutes and will try your number twice.
- If we still cannot reach you, the order returns to the kitchen. We cannot refund an order that failed because we could not reach anyone, and we cannot re-deliver hot food later.
If something goes wrong
